Challenge: To recruit a new generation of customers while nurturing and rewarding existing ones.
Solution: Refresh the iconic brand and create a new awareness that resonated with both audiences, framed by sustainability, authenticity and 360° wellness. We took an editorial approach to elevate the quality of the content and to drive deeper engagement as well as ran tactical campaigns to reach new audiences and grow sales. Ambassadors and influencers backed up beauty and product expertise and strengthened brand presence in the wellness space as well as heritage stories which spoke to the sustainability of ingredients, natural botanicals and craft. The content was made bespoke and worked to a cross-channel media strategy.

Photography: A new art direction for photography which ran across website, social, in-store and POS.
Video: Various video content was created in line with our channel strategy and worked to solve strategic business problems. The content was always beautifully shot, informative, engaging and bespoke.

DISCOVER CLEANSE & POLISH
Challenge: To reach a new audience, drive awareness around the hero product, Cleanse & Polish and ultimately drive sales.
Solution: Harness the influence of beauty & lifestyle bloggers, Fleur De Force and Suzie Bonaldi and create specific targeted lifestyle video and photography content to drive the campaign, alongside a targeted media plan to increase sales. The month-long campaign was hugely successful and attributed to a 32% uplift in sales for Cleanse & Polish.

THE BIG SPRING CLEANSE CAMPAIGN
Challenge: To grow sales around the hero product, Cleanse & Polish.
Solution: ‘The Big Spring Cleanse’ - an ownable and editorially lead concept that turned the promotion into a seasonal event. Bespoke content was created and run across a targeted media strategy which turned into the highest revenue-earning campaign Liz Earle had ever experienced. This event runs annually.

CHRISTMAS 2017 - TOGETHER WE GLOW
Challenge: To inspire a new audience to discover the brand in the lead-up to Christmas.
Solution: The campaign ‘Together We Glow’ was designed to capture the precious moments as excitement escalates, games are played and Christmas prep begins for the ones you love.
Responsibilities: Creative, Art Direction, Styling.
Campaign photography was used for traditional media, digital, in-store & POS.
Social content was made bespoke for different social formats to target specific audiences.
